Glomerella leaf spot
Initial symptoms on leaves appear as small purple-reddish spots and evolve into dark brown, irregular, and necrotic lesions associated with chlorosis. Advanced necrotic lesions on leaves may show perithecia (black arrows). Random distribution of glomerella leaf spot symptoms in the tree canopy and severe defoliation observed under field conditions. Small, corky, and slightly depressed lesions on fruit, often surrounded by a red halo (black arrow).
